The Damage Waiver is a non-refundable fee that limits the customer’s responsibility for accidental damage to rented items during normal use. The Damage Waiver is not insurance and does not cover loss, theft, negligence, misuse, or intentional damage.
Coverage Includes
The Damage Waiver covers accidental damage resulting from normal use of rental items during the rental period, including minor chips, scratches, stains, or breakage occurring under ordinary event conditions.
Coverage Does Not Include
• Theft or missing items
• Loss of rental items
• Intentional damage
• Negligence or misuse
• Damage caused by improper handling
• Damage caused by weather, fire, flooding, wind, or natural disasters
• Candle wax, burns, or excessive staining
• Damage from animals
• Damage caused during transportation by anyone other than our company
• Items left unsecured or unattended
• Overloading or misuse of furniture
• Damage caused by moving items after setup
• Rust, mildew, or water damage due to exposure
• Any damage exceeding normal wear and tear
Customer Responsibility
Customers remain fully responsible for:
• The full replacement cost of missing or stolen items
• Any damages not covered under the Damage Waiver
• Damage caused by negligence, abuse, or improper use
Waiver Fee
The Damage Waiver fee is typically calculated as a percentage of the rental subtotal and is non-refundable.
Right to Determine Damage
Our company reserves the right to determine whether damaged items are repairable or require full replacement.
Acceptance
By paying the Damage Waiver fee, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
