This Event Rental Agreement details the responsibilities, rental terms, and policies governing the use of our event rental products and services.
This Event Rental Agreement is entered into on June 7, 2026 by and between:

Casablanca agrees to provide the following items and/or services:

Bentwood Chairs - Fruitwood (32)
French 75 Bar (1)
Gold Matte Flatware - 3 Piece Set (32 Settings)
Melodia Crystal Rock Glass (32)
Amber Water Goblet (32)
Heirloom Dinner Plates (32)
Heirloom Salad Plates (32)
Delivery & Pickup
Setup & Teardown
Damage Waiver
Total Rental Fee: $3,040.36
Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total rental amount is required to reserve the event date and inventory.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than ten (10) business days before the event date.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit.
Cassablanca will deliver and retrieve rental items at the agreed location.
The Client agrees that:
Delivery access must be clear and accessible.
Delivery and pickup locations must be on level ground unless otherwise approved.
Additional fees may apply for stairs, elevators, long carrying distances, difficult terrain, restricted access, or venue delays.
Client or Client's representative must be present during delivery and pickup unless otherwise arranged.
Casablanca is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond its control.
The Client assumes full responsibility for all rental items from the time of delivery until pickup.
The Client shall:
Protect items from theft, vandalism, weather, and misuse.
Keep rental items in a secure location.
Prevent unauthorized use.
Return all items in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear.
The Client remains responsible for all rented items even if third parties, guests, vendors, or venue staff use or handle the equipment.
The Client agrees to pay replacement or repair costs for:
Broken chairs
Damaged tables
Scratched or dented bars
Broken glassware
Missing flatware
Damaged welcome signs
Missing inventory
Excessive stains
Candle wax damage
Paint, glitter, confetti, or adhesive residue
Water damage
Replacement and repair charges shall be based on the current replacement cost of the item plus labor and material expenses.
Casablanca reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for the cost of any damages not covered by, or exceeding the limits of the Damage Waiver Coverage.
All tableware, glassware, flatware, and dinnerware must be:
Emptied of food and beverages.
Rinsed free of excessive debris.
Repacked in the containers provided.
Placed back at the original drop-off location.
Items do not need to be fully washed unless otherwise specified.
Missing or broken pieces will be charged at replacement value.
The Client assumes all risks associated with outdoor events.
Rental items must be protected from:
Rain
Standing water
Mud
Excessive wind
Extreme heat
Improper storage
The Client is financially responsible for weather-related damage occurring after delivery.
Client Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
Items canceled 10 or more business days prior to the event will incur a 50% restocking fee per item.
Items canceled within 10 business days of the event will be charged at the full rental rate.
The Damage Waiver is a mandatory non-refundable fee that limits the customer’s responsibility for accidental damage to rented items during normal use.
The Damage Waiver fee is typically calculated as a percentage of the rental subtotal.
The Damage Waiver covers:
Minor chips
Scratches
Breakage
Minor stains
Normal Damages during rental period
Coverage Does NOT Include:
Theft or missing items
Loss of rental items
Intentional damages
Negligence or misuse
Damage caused by improper handling
Candle wax, burns, or excessive staining
Damage from animal
Items left unsecured or unattended
Overloading or misuse of furniture
Damage caused by moving items after setup
Rust, mildew, or water damage due to exposure
Any damage exceeding normal wear and tear
Damage caused by weather, fire, flooding, wind, or natural disasters
Damage caused during transportation by anyone other than our company
Customers remain fully responsible for any damages not covered under the Damage Waiver.
Casablanca reserves the right to determine whether damaged items are repairable or require full replacement.
Under no circumstances shall Casablanca be liable for:
Event interruption
Venue issues
Weather-related losses
Lost profits
Emotional distress
Consequential damages
Vendor failures
If rented items become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Company's control, Casablanca's sole obligation shall be to provide comparable replacement items or refund amounts paid for unavailable items.
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Casablanca Event Rentals LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, injuries, losses, costs, and attorney's fees arising from:
Use of rental items
Event activities
Acts of guests
Acts of vendors
Venue conditions
Casablanca shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Fires
Floods
Severe weather
Government restrictions
Labor disputes
Public health emergencies
Transportation interruptions
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the county where the Company's principal office is located.
The Client grants Casablanca Event Rentals permission to photograph installed rental items at the event location and use such photographs for advertising, social media, website content, and marketing purposes, provided no private personal information is disclosed.
This Agreement, together with any invoice, proposal, rental order, or addendum, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties.
No verbal statements or prior discussions shall modify this Agreement.
Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
